so many knee problems here!
Anyway, I have borred people before about my damed knee. I had a ALC reconstruction in May and have been following my physio exercises. I now do a bit of jogging, lunging, hopping, trampet jumping (in which I feel like a five year old) and runniong in a figure eight.
Also I was advised to keep the cardio up at home so I use a cross trainer as it does not do any sudden twists.
Well Yesterday as I walked out of my sisters bathroom my knee had a horrid bruised pain and suddenly felt like it was about to lock. Now before the surgery my knee used to pop and lock itself, I could not straighten my knee without having to place the floating knee bone back to where it belonged!:wow:
Having suddenly got this pain I panicked and sat on the stairs for a bit in fear that I would fall if I took any steps, slowley I got down the stairs and felt so sad  I felt like I had ripped the little *&^%^$££ again.
Has anyone done this? was it ok should I worry?
