b4 u step in da ring u have to b able learn how wud a person react wen hittin him certain area wit a kick cuz den knowing dat can make u have better combinations nd easier nd in combat u shud always have yur guard up at all times performing front kicks,shin kicks ect. also wen punching in combination u shud have one hand blocking nd other jabbing same gos to yur other hand vice versa. wen u kick u shud always bring yur kicks from the front not swing, to me wen i kick a guy i use mah knees and front kicks but den wen i use mah shin at first luks like im goin to do a front kick cuz i brought my knee up nd in front of me den quickly switch to round house. doin that my oppenent wont no either if im goin to front kick,knee,or shin kick or even side kick. even doin a low kick i first bring my knee up den do a low shin kick.and dont forget have yur guard up while perfroming any kick.avoid swinging da the arms.keep yur head down while guard up. wen thinking luk for open areas, think wha u are gonna do to him not wha hes gonna do to u,nd u shud no da reactions wen hittin him.also avoid leaning back wen performing kicks never lean back dat gives yur oppenent easier counter attacks cuz yur out of balance. have good stamina do lots or cardio without it in 3rd or 4th round yu are gone.also use yur hips wen kicking or punching nd for punching dont forget to use ur shoulders. if u want more info email me.

Poll: survey where you ask a question.
Lecture: speech or similar where you give people information.
Spelling: a useful factor in communicating
Grammar: see spelling

Firstly Muay Thai, there's no need to be rude. Secondly no, I couldn't really understand a word of your post, though I think I got the gist. However I'm puzzled as to a few things. Firstly, why was this a poll at all? Secondly, what exactly are you trying to say?

I'm not trying to be a smartass; substitute the words on the left with the words on the right and people will stop giving you such a hard time:
da = the
u = you
wud = would
wen = when
wit = with
den = then
dat = that
shud = should
yur, ur = your
nd = and
cuz = because
Also, capitalize the first letter of each sentence, and use "I" instead of "i".
I know you're just trying to help - so am I. :)

muay thai: Either use a more polite and readable writing style or find another forum.
Ok - your English is not perfect, but your current writing style is just plain lazy and offensive.
