does anyone here play them?? (Online rpg's if u dont know what MMORPG stands for)

atm im tempted to get Horizon : empire of istaria

it looks pretty good :D

There is a free one called Pristontale (or Priston Tale). I played that a few weeks ago. VERY good for being for free. Check it out.

Do a search on google. You'll find it no probs

They're not RPGs. There's no roleplaying involved. You click on things to hit them and you min/max as much as you can. Unless you play HackMaster, that's not roleplaying.

Sorry, just a little personal rant. Won't happen again. :D

Dont get horizons. IT is so awful. I played it in beta up untill release. Wait a bit before getting it.

World of Warcraft, Wish, EQ2 are coming out soon ( atleast their beta's :D ) wait for them hehe.

I still like godwars muds, though.

Same with Japanese "RPGs". Where you can't do anything besides save the world, and you HAVE to be good.

I've wasted 2 years on D2, and even though it's not a MMORPG, I've vowed to never play a hack n' slash RPG (most MMORGPs) online ever again.

ragnarok is a hit here in the philippines. im not a big fan of rpg's so i dont play.

Played most of them, was an Elder in UO (Basically got a free account to run mini-quests every so often - we had a special character and could do all sorts of fun stuff - was good fun for plus I'd make convuluted quests - some took hours to run), got bored...went to Everquest - got bored quicker...went to Asherons Call - stayed for a year, got bored...went to Anarchy Online, got bored...went to Dark Age Of Camelot, got bored...went to Planetside, got bored went to Star Wars Galaxies, getting bored (will probably give it another go soon though)...
