View Full Version : All over Leg Felxibility

Hey all

I've just started san shou and been told my flexibility in my legs is....... Awful to say the least.

It's quite embarrassing, so does anyone know the best way to get improvements?

Is it literally just to stretch off at every given moment?

Please help!!!!

Stretch after waking up and just before bed every day. This is a good habit and results should come quickly. Also throw some kicks after you stretch to loosen things up.

If you spend time watching tv, sit on the floor and stretch while watching.

Also, tempted though you might be to push it, stretching is more about *relaxing* the affected muscles. Brush the edges of "uncomfortable" when you can, but don't go to the point of pain.

stretch everypart of your body not just your legs, from your head to your toes!

Lol jk. This is probably THE BEST flexibility guide that is out there on the internet. It will help any martial art and many other sports too.
