Low-fat roast chicken breast recipe anyone?

Hi folks,

I was wondering If any of you guys knew of a good recipe for roasting chicken breast.

Might sound like a stupid question but as you can see I am sort of new to cooking. :)

Boneless skinless, put in foil, apply seasoning, bake at 400 F for 30 minutes. Bone in chicken breasts - 375 for 45 minutes.

Mine is very similar.

Boneless/skinless breast. Place on foil. season with a little salt, pepper, granulated garlic and rosemary.

broil at 470 for about 6-10 minutes on each side depending on its thickness.

I make them all the time.
