Slipped disc

Hey everybody,

I have been flat on my back with a slipped disc and pinched spinal cord. I had to close my dojo (broke my heart) and drop out of school. I'm lucky to keep my job. Tomorrow I start PT. It will be a long hard road but I can beat this w/o surgery.

Similar thing has happened to my wife, she's just started using Wii fit with it's flexibility exercises and yoga to try and kickstart some sort of recovery. Might be worth a consideration if you have to take it easy at first, the exercies gradually build up and you get recorded info of your gains.
