Do you think i could see any significant weight loss in 2-3 weeks time?

Im 15 and weigh 9.5 stone, (female) and 5"7 in height

I know one thing will probably be said about eating and drinking enough- im vegetarian so dont eat rubbish. i know i dont eat enough but working on it- not sure how much calories i need though. I know i dont drink enough either but i only drink water and freshly squeezed orange juice.

Any tips on what i could improve with? I'd like to loose some weight in 2 weeks so i will try anything!
(sorry for such long post!!)

I am sure one of the mods will sort it out soon enough!

Just because you are veggie doesn't mean you are exempt from junk eating, especially in the UK the home of junk veggie food (Linda McCartney's, Quorn ready meals, All sorts of stuff loaded with cheese and sugar), can you list what you eat, are you getting enough protein, that sort of thing, My GF is your height and 9st but she has pretty low body fat but she trains cardio and strength pretty regularly and has reasonably defined musculature. Eating is the main thing though,.

Why you wanting to lose weight? Thats perfectly reasonable- Im that height and that weight, I have muscle. Losing weight very quickly isn't good!

I'm sure you don't look like that at all! Im actually quite happy at this weight ,I probably look similar to you! You're young, dont worry as much about what people think about you.

What does the body toning routine involve exercise wise?

it varies its a two week plan:

day1:
squats
side kicks
rear leg raise
reverse curl
press ups
reverse sit up

day2:
liying hip rotations
lunge
stepping
plank
bicep curl
moy complex

day3:
standing calf raises
crane stand
stomach tuck-in
bicycle
tricep extension
dumbell row

day4:
superman
stiff legged touchdown
waist twist
bench dip
circles in the air
door knob pull up

day5:
step back lunge
side step squat
crunches
tricep kick back
wall push up
soup tin press

day 6:
step back lunge
side kick
stepping
bicycle
circles in the air
prayer

day7:

Il be here all night if i write out the whole two week plan but thats one week lol. i want to fight the flab and dad told me toning would be good :)

That seems to be an awful lot, you doing that at the moment ? Rest time is essential too and it doesn't seem you are getting any there. If it's a race you are training for are you doing any running training?

yea i run everyday if i can. between 1 and 3 miles. i have quite bad asthma that flares up horribly with exercise which doesnt help.

It really sounds like you are giving yourself a needlessly hard time. I remember being 15 and not being happy with the way I looked, hell, I'm 30 now and I am only just stopping giving myself a hard time!
I am really no fitness expert at all but it sounds like you really shouldn't be trying to lose significant weight in two weeks.Last year I tried cutting weight for a tournament and not eating much and training more completely wiped me out before the event! I still missed weight by a tiny amount so it wasn't worth it anyway!
If you are prone to asthma, as I was when I was younger but grew out of it, you need to make sure you aren't over training. Running plus all the other stuff 7 days a week means you aren't resting, and you aren't necessarily going to drop weight quickly- its better to do it over time and sensibly as I am doing at the moment.

If you want to get shredded at a lightning pace I recommend trying the get shredded diet it will require an iron will and massive dedication but is well worth it IMHO. ====) http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=06-109-diet
