Because training stops in summer vacation I'm making a routine, so I can keep my body fit and strong. And I wondered if my routine would be usefull?

Strength Training:
Arms
5x 10 Pushups (Normal, Clap, Bench, Diamond, Stag Explosive)
Abs
4x 10 Situps (normal, Knee retracting, Lifting legs, Side situps)
1x 20 Situps (Bicylce)
Legs
2x 5 One legged Squats
2x 25 normal squats
2x 10 Rising star
2x 50 Jumping Jacks
Lowerback
5x 10 Lowerback Pullups (I dunno what they are called)
Full Body
5x 1min Hover
Shoulders
5x 20 Shoulder Blade Pinch
I min rest between groups and 15-30s rest between excersices.
Cardio
Still a big mystery probably Rope jumping
Technique
on a punching bag, or a woorden beam with much cushion so I have a target

100 straigth punches

100 hooks

100 Uppercuts
rest 30s
Kicks

100 Normal Kicks
