Hey MAPpers...
After 4 months of newborn "baby bootcamp", Im finally getting back into my own fitness routines...Tough road! :woo:
I picked up my Captains of Crush yesterday for the first time in several months, filmed some footage and posted it on youtube for a friend. I know all of you are big into your fitness and strength training so figured Id pass the clip along...

What I find interesting is that after several months, I havent lost as much as I thought I would. The #1 used to be much easier to close, but I can pop off 10-15 reps on the Trainer just as easily as I could before my break!
Anyway, not very exciting, but hopefully someone will enjoy it... =)
