Alright, so today is when i will be getting back into karate after a 7 year absence. I mainly wanted know what equipment would be good to have at my house for at home trianing. I will for the most part be using my garage since we do not use it. I already have a total gym, weight bench, and a punching bag. So what else should I add on to that such as matts, focus mits, and so on, links to websites that have good prices will also be very helpful, thanks.

I've got focus mitts, thai pads, cup, 2 prs boxing gloves, vale tudo gloves, mouthpiece, compression shorts and a bunch of synthetic clothing, a 100 lb heavy bag. I'd like to have mats, a power rack, a bench, an oly bar, a trap bar, wrist roller, yo-yo, 400 lbs weight plates, and adjustable dumbell handles. I've also got a crappy chinup bar, an ab roller, a foam roller, a kettlebell, a medicine ball,

azeakel, I'd personally sell the Total Gym and get a bit of money together to buy an Olympic weights set with a couple bumper plates. Then get yourself something to rack the bar for squats and benches. Learn to squat, bench, overhead press, deadlift and power clean and hit them as described in Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength (2nd edition) Get a copy.
