Ive been training alot more harder these past few months as I want to train for mma so at the moment my training looks like this:

Monday- One hour of Muay Thai, One hour of BJJ (been doing bjj for 4 lessons and muay thai for 4 months)

Tuesday- Rest

Wednesday- One hour of MMA (just started mma)

Thursday-One hour Muay Thai and One hour BJJ

Friday- One hour of Muay Thai sparring /or/ Two hours of Muay thai one technical, one sparring depending on the week
(every other week im allowed to go to a club for my PE classes :D)

Saturday and Sunday - Rest

I use to do alot less classes and and do strength workouts, GPP, Circuits, Core circuits as well as training. but i do alot of circuits, gpp's and tabatas in my classes so i guess the only main thing i need to keep is strength but im not so sure how to keep it up. at my BJJ/MMA gym we have kettlebells, one 12, on 14 and one 18, i guess i could try those out before class, what do you think?

I usually do allover workouts using compound exercises such as squats, deads, clean and jerks, snatches, burpee to clean and press, squat to push press, one arm benches etc.

Cheers
