Hi all
My wrist and ankle flexibility is rather poor so I am looking for some stretches I can do threw the day to improve it.
Stuff I can do at my desk waiting for the microwave and so on. any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks

If your just standing around waiting for a train or whatever, stand for a bit on the sides of your feet, alternating between inside and out, when comfortable you can add some rolling motions from front to rear and back, though it does make you look kinda silly. Sitting in a "full lotus" position works well too.

my wrist flexibility is poor on my right hand, broke my arm and was in a cast for quite a while and it's never been quite the same- left one is pretty limber --wondering if it's safe to use those exercises or if anyone else has had a similar experience (can't do regular push ups because the wrist wont do 90degrees without really pushing on it)
