Hey guyes,

I need your imput on this type of workout program.
here goes.

Monday
negative bench press- 3 sets of 6
negative deadlifts- 3 sets of 6
negative squarts- 3 sets of 8

I run for 20 mins of the statium stairs before lifting

Wed
negative curls- 3 sets of 8
negative shoulder press- 3 set of 8
negative jm press-3 sets of 8
run for 20 mins

friday
I box for 2 hours with my instructor. Doing body weight training and boxing drills.

I have a good diet. The negative workouts are so i move pass my plateaus.

The next week i do speed training with the weights and work out with 50% of my max on all those workouts giving myself a rest from my negative rountine. I will swtich off and do this every other weight until the summer. It suppose to cause muscle confusion and it will give me the power and speed i want.

On the negative i train with weight that is 50% of over my max.

Why are you doing only negatives?

The negative workouts are so i move pass my plateaus.

You don't want to only do negatives, the idea is to use some negatives as secondary assistance exercises - don't stop your main lifts.

I am trying to get over my plat to's and increase my lifts. Plus i am trying to confuse the muscles. This is only for a few weeks. The speed training is so i can i can incrase my fast twitch muscles. I am just trying to shock my body into growing faster.

3 sets of 6 negatives at 150% of your one rep max?

it 30 to 50% of my 1 rep max i will be doing. I will have spotters on the negative workouts. I am just trying to spice up my workouts.

you'r doing it wrong
