What? "has no origin"? That's the craziest thing I've ever heard. Everything has an origin - or it wouldn't exist.

Run a search on google.com for "karate origins" and you'll find quite a few pages that discuss Karate's origins.

Comes from Okinawa, as a combination of the local fighting styles (called "te") and a couple forms of Kung fu (from China)

actually, the 'te' means hand

(Karate literally means 'empty hand' )
