Submitting articles?

How do I go about submitting an article to MAP?
With pictures?
Any guidelines (word-count perhaps)?

I've an idea for one that I fancy having a go at but don't want to waste my time.

Yoda used to do all the articles stuff. However, Freeform is now taking it over (or at least he wanted to try a few months back).
