Well i had this swiss ball lying around for quit some time now, people on this board told me to use it, i wasnt paying much attention to this until i went to the fitness shop to buy some of theses abs machines.

First i tried the ab roller, did really feel it much, then there was this crunch table, its an ab roller but on a flat bench, that really put tension on my lower back.

I didnt buy anything and got home pertty discouraged, later that night my girlfriend came up to me and said hey check out whats on tv, they are reviewing the ab machines, pertty much the same that i tried.

Reviewers where range from average people to fitness buffs, the swiss ball came out on top of everything else.

I took ou the ball and placed my feet on the floor has shown on tv and was amazed of all the tension in my abs and that forced me so much to stabilize my pelvic.

I will keep you good people posted on my progress so far so good.

Thanks again everyone.

So far i can weight train to chest, biceps triceps and legs, no back exericse yet and no shoulders, in other word no tension in the neck region, specified by my chiro.

I also do 45 minutes of stair master a day, that will burn of some fat.
;) ;)

The Swiss ball or fit ball is on a great and simple piece of gear to condition your core with. There are literally hundreds of different exercises you can do with that piece of gear. Work into it slowly and go for nothing less than perfect form when executing the movements.

The guys I train can hit and kick the bag with with lots of speed and power... and they spar well... but they all groan when I break out the Swiss balls.

Keep it up.

Swiss Ball:
reverse crunch
bridge lift or bridge exrensions
feet on ball and hands on the ab wheel and go(push and pull both away from center) allows one to do angle ab wheels easier
kickups
crunches
side crunch
side bridge crunch
leg rotation under the other leg and kick out from push-up position(not sure what this is called)

There have to be thousands of exercise for balance with the ball. The only one I can or did do at one time was the knees(both knees) on center of ball and than hold two dumb bells out in front. Though it sounds easy it is like almost impossible. It can be done by just standing on the ball to a true balance drill.
