I just saw an inspiring video on another forum and wanted to post it up here. Then I thought, why not have a whole thread where people can post up their inspiring pics and vids. So here it is. Anything H&F, weightlifting, bodyweight, strength, endurance or physique related that inspires you, post it up here.

(And please don't use this as an excuse to post up gratuitous pics of scantily-clad women - there are plenty of other places for that. Try to keep this on topic. ;))

I'd go for more gymnastic type stuff at that sort of age though.

A lot of people would, though it's been shown that resistance training actually improves development during growth, completly contrary to popular belief [/GEEK]

Yeah, I actually thought that too.. the old "stunts growth" thing.. well, I guess we learn something new everyday, got any links to info on this subject?

One arm muscle up then press to one arm handstand.

There cant be many that can do this?
My dad said 1 in 100,000 can do a one arm pullup.
