Nice control... especially on the downwards movement where he goes from a handstand down to the elbow! Now that's some serious strength there... shoulder... serratus anterior... scapula... all of that!

I've decided I want to be able to do this by the middle of the year!:D

I know these are just books of handstands and not some cool youtube training. Those things from the forearms are called 'press-ups'. In one of your Youtube videos there is a comment that someone made to the guy that posted the vid and he say something like why would I do that pal. If you look at these books it will explain the reason for pointing the feet in relation to some type of gymnastics stuff.

Excuse me for being off topic on ya. With this hole post here. You sounded like you might not have seen these books and this site before, no I don't you that forum or site myself so can not say if it is good.
