My body is so screwed up right now i dont know if its age or something.
Yesterday i woke up and weighted myself 193.5 pounds, during they day has always i drank my 1.5 litres of water, had a few herbal tea, an egg sandwish with a cookie, tone of vegetable broccoli, califlour and spinash and a small piece of chocolat cake.
I weighed myself again at 5PM after work my bodyweight was 202 pounds.
What the hell.
I cant relate this to thyroid issue because i am not tired and my body temp is 97.7
This morning my bodyweight is 197 pounds. No changes on my waste size i still fit into my 36 inch pants.
This is just sick?

No, its called water weight. Depending upon the amount of fluids you take in, the amount of salt and other electrolytes in your diet and hormonal levels you can gain and loose quite a bit over the course of a day. Which is why you shouldn't really weigh yourself daily and why you should always pick the same general time of day to weigh in.

Yep I always weigh myself on my crappy bathroom scale in the morning, then on the nice scale at the gym in the afternoon when I go to work out.

if i weigh myself first thing i'm 1-2kg heavier in the evening
due to:
water retention
food in belly, digestive track
some mass lodged in a certain place :p :D

If i decide to low carb with some fat burner with ephedrine i will lose tone of weight no problem.
I guess that with age i have become more insulin resistant and if i eat high glycemic i gain weight real fast.
I think that i wont have a choice and get back on a semi low carb diet to get myself back to 180 pounds.

You mean the European diet, right Ciar2001? You have me thinking like eating Spanish peanuts would cause you to lose weight.
I think he has to mean like eating a hand full of walnuts through out the day to help the body not feel so hungry. Walnuts help stop craving in the sate hunger feeling.

Probably because as a by product you consumed much less salt then usual. Once again, please don't weigh yourself everyday, you run the risk of becoming rather obsessed with your weight. Pick a day, say Saturday at 8am, and weigh yourself once a week. That will give you a much more accurate view of how your weight is trending.

Agreed, and within reason (unless youre competing) who gives a damn about weight. If youre eating right and working out, you will get to a 'healthy' wieght/size. Don't obsess over the numbers, as they don't tell the entire story. I have friends that are thiner then me (I'm 6', and usually 180/190) but no where near as healthy or in as good as shape. Don't sweat the wrong stuff.

I dunno I weigh myself twice a day, once when I wake up and once during my afternoon training session. I'm not obsessed, I just want to keep track, and I do want to compete so my weight is very important.

I can kinda relate ... When I started MA (2 years ago now) I as at 225 (when I was 18, I only weighed in at 155, I was definately too skinny), looking for 38 inch pants and climbing. And it was a BAD 225, because basically I was close to a 10 year stagnent period. Once I changed my diet and lifestyle I came down to the 170-180 range within about two months. Now generlly speaking I'm 180.
Just before Thanksgiving, I was teetering in the 180ish area, but from then to new years, between family gatherings, friends parties, and lack of mat time, I managed to pack back up to 205 in the span of a month. However I was still fiting into my 34/36 waist pants and have now droped about 10/15lbs since Jan. 1st by just doing what I normally do. Just stick to what your normal routine was and wait it out.
I only weigh myself about once a week or few times a month when I'm over at my friends house drinking :P Yup, saturday night at about 10pm is my usual weigh in, typically with a few beers in me lol.

I feel that 180 is a good weight for MA, i still have around 15 pounds to lose.
Even when i went back to 202 my waist size did not change.

actually, it's probably called the repeatability of the scale you're using.

The scales at my gym can vary by 7 pounds depending on where you stand on them.

Hell with the dieting, just make sure you eat good foods and not too many calories.
Then, strike the righteousness of Tabatta into your body three or four times a week with . . . . three different full body exercises. You'll cut that fat in no time at all. But at your age you may actually want to consult a doctor before taking on a Tabatta routine : P.

nawnaw diet is seriously important to fat loss. It should be the first component of any good fat loss program.

As a former wrestler, we basically count on weight fluctuation due to water weight, when we have to make a weight class. If you exercise a lot, and doent always eat the exact same amount all the time, your weight will go up and down a lot, up to about 10 ten pounds. THats at least what I have experienced.

Yes that would be my guess too. These 'cereal' diets are getting common, doesn't help that they're advertised on TV by Kelloggs. Cereal for breakfast, cereal for lunch, then a meal in the evening. Just like any other diet of this sort it works initially due to the restriction/drop in calories.
Really not a good long term diet plan though

or a good short term diet plan.
It goes like this: If you only eat 3 bowls of cereal a day, you'll lose weight.
WELL DUH!!!! WTF??
