Are there no takers?!?! :woo:

Fishy or coma.. Anyone? :confused:

Feel free to adjust the weight as needed but try to keep it close as possible. I think I might be packing on a bit much on the push presses myself.. :D

On principle I'd normally be up for giving it a try. However, I'm getting pretty seriously into my current strength gaining routine and this would go against that. I'm testing the three big 1RMs at Easter and I want to make every workout between then and now count.

However, I will be honest and admit that I'd probably do quite badly at this. My endurance is not the best these days. :o It looks good though. Post up your times anyway. There are plenty of others who may be up for giving it a go.

Ditto, I'm doing the same as the fish, an interesting pairing of 2x3 and 2x8 for heavy compounds, and the crazy newbie gains (+5 Kg to my bench in a fortnight :D) are too tempting to swap to something right now, even if it is a one off.

Ask again just after Easter and I'll probably give it a go before jumping into a new routine.

That's brutal
I tried it only once so far... :(

BTW: for those of you who do this, how often do you perform the 300 challenge?

Ya know.. I've seen this before and thought of it to be impossible! But now it looks do-able! Definitely not easy.. But yeah, I'll give it a shot! :D

I do it ever few months or so. Sometimes I do it once a month. I haven't done it in a while because I hurt my shoulder in December.

(FYI- I posted about the 300 a while back- I started a challenge thread and everything. Search for it, it's in here somewhere).

@tetsu ryu

It's not impossible at all. You can handle it. Even if it takes you all day, you can get it done; that's the whole point- it's timed.
