hi i found some old ankle weights in my house today. they weight 5 pounds each and i was wondering if anyone one can tell me how to use them to develop kick strenth and speed, as well as foot work speed.
i hear that useing the weights the wrong way can lead to injury. so i dont wanna risk useing them untell i have a good idea of what to do with them.
drills or anything like that would be awsome.
