hi i found some old ankle weights in my house today. they weight 5 pounds each and i was wondering if anyone one can tell me how to use them to develop kick strenth and speed, as well as foot work speed.

i hear that useing the weights the wrong way can lead to injury. so i dont wanna risk useing them untell i have a good idea of what to do with them.

drills or anything like that would be awsome.

Ankle weights are worse than useless. Use the search function and read some of the other numerous threads already answering this and more.
