European Championships 2008 in Portugal

Is anyone thinking of attending/competing? If I can afford it I'm gonna head over and was thinking it would be good to say hello to folks if anyone else is gonna be around.

No chance, I'm nowhere near in the competing league yet. Would be cool though.

I thought this was about EURO 2008. And then said to myself, "what the devil is this doing in the BJJ forum?".

I doubt I'm going to come away as the European Champion either but I think it will be a good experience, good to go and cheer on the rest of the team and I want to see some of the top guys competing. Weight divisions and belt divisions helps things alot too maybe worth considering Rhea! It'll give you a goal to train for! ;)

we have been knocked out of the euro 2008 :( no more talking about the football

I'll be there for sure. Need to make up for my woeful performance last year. Fingers crossed I might even get myself a medal. Much better prepared this time around, at least. ^_^
