[China] Need info on how to get Chinese installed on my computer

I need to translate GOLDEN PYRAMID MARTIAL ARTS CENTER into Chinese Kanji. I have found online translators, but all I'm getting is blocks instead of Kanji. I assume I need the Chinese letters installed on this computer.
I'm running Windows XP Pro with Office 2000. I haven't a clue how to do this. Can anyone help me?

The strange part is that a few weeks ago, I had to translate something into Japanese. I had no problem there. The online translaters worked fine. ???
