Hello,
Does anyone have a good example of a basic Jun Fan Gung Fu curriculum? (Please be specific) My Jun Fan is a little rusty, and I am trying to get my technique back. I know the basic progression, but I am looking for a more specific curriculum to supplement my personal training. Thanks in advance.

Howdy

You say that you have "The Basic Progresson" - what do you have? I may be able to expand on it for you.

Ummm...
I have the basic Jeet Tek techniques. Also pak, bong, tan, guang, ****, gum, jut, hyun, and biu sao techniques. In addition, biu jee strikes. I know Deong and Seong Chi Sao, lop sao drill, jik chung chuie. I know round kick (hook kick), stomp kick, front snap, savate style front and round, Okinawan style hook kick, side kick, inverted round, axe kick, cross kick, spin kicks, etc. I know Sil Lum Tao, and some of Chum Kiu. I basically am trying to put together some solid trapping sequences, and some solid techniques incorporating all ranges. I have some, but I am looking for some specific to L.A. Chinatown, Seattle, and Oakland periods. Maybe I am being too general. This is really hard to explain over the web, but if you get the jist, I am happy. Thanks a million.
