(ive had this for a long time) My appitie has become very very bad...Ive woken up not hungry at all and still not hungry through the day. Im really scared, I cant seem to eat! Ive tried to eat i ate an apple just as i got back from school but i feel really full...ive been to the docter they at first thought I was anorexic then realised I wasnt after analysing my mental state etc with some questions about my relationship with food. I dont know what to do...im so scared a 16 yr old shouldnt be like this...I should be hungry! Im meant to be growing right!? As you can imagine my bowl movement aint great either. Today had a cross country race in PE, came 4th out of 30 but imagine how much better I would have done if I had eaten somthing! any advice will be great...man I wanna eat without finding it so hard! sitting with people in school at lunch is very daunting and embaressing...

Schedule your meals and make yourself eat. There is no other way.

How long, exactly? Were you eating alright before you noticed this? Is it like, you go everyday of the week with nothing but an apple to eat? Do you drink soda, milk, or juice?

Your body will grow if you give it the nutrients it needs, it won't if you don't. Did the doctor say anything about your height/weight compared to your last check-up?
It sounds like you're freaking yourself out more than necessary. Don't stress out, man. Is there any food you enjoy? PB&J, scrambled eggs, fruit loops...anything? Figure out what you can enjoy eating and start there, even if you're eating it three times a day.
Also, and this is a very important point...do you have no appetite or no hunger? They're not the same thing. Appetite is in your head, hunger is in your gut, so to speak. If your stomach is growling, you're hungry. If your sitting around doing nothing, then all of a sudden you think "I could go for a cheeseburger", that's appetite.

You sound like you are an ectomorph - ie. you naturally are skin an bone physique and from your cross country comment I think this is very probable.
There are various reasons why your natural hunger reflex by break down - funnily nough none of which I can remember right now - one of them is you just kind of inadvertantly 'switch it off'. What you need to do is switch it back on again.
If you eat food having eaten almost nothing or nothign at all, your stomach instantly 'clamps' onto it. Like if you imagine a junkie and you waved crack in his face eventually he'll snatch it. This is a reflex to starvation and is why if you eat vegetables for aaages and then switch back to hard meat you will quite possibly be sick.
Thing to do is get up an hour earlier than usual and make yourself a bowl of porridge - other things are possible, but I would recommend Porridge for a variety of reasons. Make it a GOOD generous portion, not two spoonfuls, about 100ml porrdige oats cooked in water.
DO NOT leave your dining room table until you have finished it. Spend the entire hour plodding through it. At first your stomach will clamp, wait for it to ease a little and have a little more. Small amounts gradually over the hour. You may well feel sick, but you AREN't going to be sick - this is the great betrayal of the clamp reflex. You feel sick when in fact your Stomach is Screaming "MORE MORE MORE"
Eat through your entire thing of porridge, try to have a normal lunch.
Dinner - repeat. Sit down at dinner and DO NOT leave until you have eaten everything on your plate.
Simply, after a week or so you will have blackmailed yourself into "If I eat I can go and do stuff and I don't have to get up early" etc. After a surprisingly short time you will redevelope a dependancy on food - your body will expect it.
It is all about testing your mettle.

Yes
Make sure you enjoy what you are eating though - a diet you don't enjoy is one you won't stick with.

2 Eggs and a single slice of toast does not constitute a breakfast, If it really is all you can eat then go with it, but I would encourage you to eat something more substantial.
