as per title my son was promoted tonight and is now the proud owner of a shiny new yellow belt, complete with traditional whipping (albeit a light one :p)
anyways just thought id share his news as im proud of him and the commitment he has shown in training three times a week.
well done son next stop black :D
edit: he is thirteen and the only kid in the class full of adults

Another disgraceful example of the watering down of MAs, a child gaining a belt.

It can only have happened because he attends a McDojo.

This clearly invalidates the entire art.

he is quite a big boy for his age and is coming along in leaps and bounds,
just the other day he was sitting on the floor in the front room and as i walked past he started playing open guard, i tried to get past and he manages get to de la riva guard then swept me from there into an achillies lock!!!!!!! wtf i cant even do that :mad: and can see im going to have to start restricting his youtube access :p ;)
