So I'm taking up the classic 5x5, however, have only access to Dumbells I'm just curious about form on some exercises... For instance I'm trying the romanian/stiff legged deadlift but am worried about injurying my back etc? Is there anything I should be aware of that is much different when benching, military presses, deadlifting, squatting etc with dumbells?

I'm keep you updated on my gains on here. Thanks in advance.

Not going to be a great help, but one little thing.
Dont compare your dumbbell weights to barbell weights.
I can Barbell bench press a LOT more than i can dumbbell press.
Just take that into consideration.

Form should be the same. Just make sure your not (because your able to) bringing the dumbbells lower than you would if it was a barbell, and keep them under control.
