dear god why did i not see this thread before??? i'd be curious to what anyone thinks of my split...so hear goes
everyday-20 min. run in mornings, 1.5-2 hours of technique at night (grappling and striking)
monday-push lifts
wednesday-squats
friday-pull lifts
saturday-2-2.5 hrs of mma sparring, or sometimes only groundwork
sunday-active recovery ;)
my split as it is doesn't really do too much for me, mainly because of my lack of sparring partners. unfortunately, there isn't much interest around here...bunch of bloody farmers! :(

I do 2-3 days of weightlifting and 2-3 days of martial arts....is that ok? like 1-3 hrs a day for martial arts and 1.5 hrs for weights in school?

it's not really a matter of whether or not it's "ok," so much as right for you. if you're seeing improvements, and are still able to function as a normal member of society (although i'd be very flexible with this bit, considering the board you posted on :D), then it's good.
