the echaracters in a game really shouldn't be taken that seriously.
on a side not he has no style, he is simply pt together from an old game, tekken 2, i think, and was made to be like law, but not law. this idea makes him a tool to use against someone who is always law

Law is like Bruce lee my fav in the game. It looks like drunken Kung fu but to me Lee resembles Jacki Chan I think.

You mean Lei. Yeah the company made him out of jackie chan. The style he do in cantonese is call Foo Hawk Shoan Hwing, plus a mix with drunken.

Well, acording to the games, Lee was from China, and an orphan who had to fight for his life. I'd guess he observed alot of styles and mixed them togeather. He also was Adopted by Heihachi Mishima who practices Mishima ryu Karate which is based on Okinawa-te.

Lee was in the first Tekken, he was basically a different skin for Law (Law's sub boss in the game - before you fought (I think it was Kazuya/Devil) you had to fight Law if you played as Lee, like King and Armour King, Kuma and Jack etc). Gradually they evolved some of these characters adding different moves in.
As the series progressed they later removed most of the re-skined characters keeping the one's who had the best popularity. Lee was probably thought to be important to the story* because of his relationship to the Mishima's.
Lee's moves are based off Law because at one time he was Law.
* Story used loosely because we are talking about a fighting game here.

i allways thought tekken was a very realistic game when it came to some of the fighting and mechanics and moves. i saw some moves that i practiced and i sometimes only played it to examine how they would execute some moves or how the wolud use thier back leg for suport and so on

i agree with shortfuse, i certainly spent many hours practicing kings movements for my ground game and some of baek's movements for my TKD. that wasn't such a good iea, but i have damn near perfected the reverse back slam combo that king uses and i've used it in a grappling match. all it requires is a slight knee strike to the abdomen to start it off and then its all your technique. and paul has some of the most useful movements i've seen and yes. they work.

if you have to learn your moves from a video game maybe its time to find a better teacher ;)
