Next weekend it's course time round our neck of the woods, We have Maha Guru Richard De-bordes coming over with one of his associates to put us through our paces. I love these courses, they are a real good test physically.

Had a warm up week this week, cos it is a bit of a shock to the system doing the two days. Here's to sweat and aching legs!

Salam Swalesey,

Please tell Maha Guru that Nicholas from Florida sends his regards.
I know you will have a good time at your course.

Hi Swalesey

Please also send my best wishes to Guru Besar Richard. Some of us here in Ireland remember with great fondness (along with the delightful colour bruises) of training with Richard in Ireland. Best of luck with your weekend.

Liam

Hello ^.^.

The course was awesome. we had the pleasure of guru Randalf coming up from London to put us through our paces under Maha-guru Richard's ever watchful eye.

Friday night was hard, but I felt surprisingly limber on saturday morning for the second half. We did 4 hours on saturday, split between guru Randy and our own Guru Mark.

Plenty of fun had by all, I personally learned a lot this weekend. Well done to anyone who was there.

*swalesey goes for lie down* :D

EDIT: My apologies to the people who asked me to pass on their respects, I have a bad memory and i couldn't rememebr any of your names

First night, worked kicks in posture flows and also strikes. seemed like a very quick lesson, time flew by.

Saturday we did more combat. We did some flows first, then worked them partnered up. The emphasis being on different elements. working up to the lumpat techniques. I am warming to the lumpat berrang ^.^
