I started doing some lympic lifting. Cleans, Clean and Jerk, Snatchs, etc.
My shoulders are kinda sore after workouts. Now... Is it my joint you think or just muscles in my shoulder and upper chest area? Maybe I just don't have very strong mucles in the areas I'm using to do th elifts yet, but it's always good to check.

you can kinda tell if its in the muscle or bone. its a different kind of soreness or pain normally. if you just started, one thing i've noticed is that it takes my body a lil longer to adapt to diff compound movements cuz its heavier weight, but once i do, they are awesome. some people take longer to adapt to isolation movements or lifts that concentrate on smaller part of the body(ie bicep curls, tricep extensions, etc). everybody reacts differently. it wouldn't hurt to check w/ a doctor to make sure its fine. and if anything is popping or anything like that, i'd stop. and make sure you got a person to watch your technique and form and touch it up to prevent injury.

bump.
Help help.
The soreness didn't last long. It's just during and shortly after (15 - 30 minutes) the workout.
