What are some good exercises for someone who has an BMI of like around 30 - 35?

What would be a good healthy diet plan to follow?

How do I get more protien into my diet and feel fuller?

How many servings of carbs, protein, fats and oils, fruit and veges should I have each day?

What is a serving of the above?

Thanks.

Can anyone direct me to some good threads that covers these sort of questions please?

I do really want to change. Its like the puppy fat that I had when I was 12 has come back to haunt me.

I'm with Su on this one. You've asked these questions before and have received many good answers. Why are you asking them again?

It is MAP policy to not allow multiple postings of threads. Which you are very much in the habit of doing. You have been given plenty of good advice and its up to you to actually do something about it. I suggest you get cracking.
