anybody use a cambered bar for squats or bench before? i know that with squat its supposed to fit on your back a lil easier, but does it have any benefits w/ benchpress or any other lifts? i'm thinking about eventually getting one but i don't know if its worth the price.

i would never dream of benching with a cambered bar?! WTF?
imo stick with a regular oly bar, wrap a towel round it so it fits nice on your shoulders until you build big enough traps for it to sit on

I agree.
Wouldnt waste money on cambered bar.
Instead of towel, you can always get the pad that goes over the bar. Stays on firmly and it's softer.

Girls don't know how to lift weights! They're not allowed. There's like, a law or something. ;)
Generally speaking, don't take anything you see in an advert at face value. Half the people who are supposed to train people to use this stuff have no idea how it works. How on earth do you expect the models to get it right? :D
