anybody know anything about this instructor? i'm gonna be taking some boxing and BJJ classes cuz they are alot closer to my home then taichi(i decided to do that originally, but the drive will kill my car and kill my wallet.) his name is alex silva ruas and he's a 3rd degree blackbelt. the boxing instructor is Larry Downs Jr. here's the link:
