Just need a bit of help finding something. I swear a while back I saw someone (I'm pretty sure it was either CosmicFish or coma) posted an excel spreadsheet which detailed weight gain/loss and had a few other bits and bobs. However I just cannot find it anywhere. As a side note, the H&F section appears to be excluded from any MAP search. Cheers all. :)

That was Coma. I've not tried searching for it myself, but only because I've no idea what to put in the search fields.

However, I do have a copy of it on my hard drive. If you want, I can email it to the email address in your profile?

I think this is what you wanted anyway.

That looks very well made.

It also looks very confusing and complex :p

Aye, that's the one. Cosmic emailed it to me last night, but cheers anyway! :D Is it relatively simple enough to adapt to a bulk instead of a cut?

It should be, I was going to add in some extra bits for bulking like fat/muscle ratio but it skewed after my first attempt and gave really odd stats. I might have another go at it tonight when I'm done with some other html/css stuff.

Can I just ask what you mean about the search not including H+F? When I do an advanced search the new and old forums are available to select.

I just can't see them for some reason...

Try clearing your cache and see if that makes a difference. Those forums are set to show up in searches so it's bizarre if that doesn't work.

Apparently it works for all the mods but normal users can't see it. We are working on it but can't figure it out at the moment unfortunately.
