Anyone use these from GNC? I just finished a bottle off and I'm wondering if others out there use these supplements. I'm undecided about buying a new bottle, I don't know if I'm just being brought into the hype of what it is supposed to contain or whether or not it's worth it to take everyday. I can tell you one thing I don't eat enough salad, veggies everyday yes but not enough greens, that's why I chose to buy the stuff in the first place.

Anyone taking these?

I looked into these sort of supplements (Greens+) but thought they were a rip off to be honest. Instead i just eat a shedload of greens (spinach, rocket, watercress, lettuce, cabbage, peppers) with pretty much every meal.

What are the touted benefits of the ingredients? Does that one use Spirulina?

i think its good. i am a bit biased tho...lol. i think superfoods supreme is the better one, but thats only necessary if you struggle w/ fruits as well. and as for the claims. it claims to give you 7 servings of veggies. of course, imo, nothing is as good as the actual veggies as spirez says, but that can be tough to do. and i think its got 30 servings. did you get the berry or original flavor?

For Greens+, one month's supply for £40.

http://greensplus.co.uk/product_info.php/cPath/21_23/products_id/76

Directions: Mix 3 level teaspoons of Greens+ into eight ounces (1 cup) of cold water, or your favorite juice. Stir briskly and enjoy! Greens+ may be taken more than once a day.

If you can afford it then it definitely seems like a worthwhile supplement but i'm already spending £50pm on supplements as well as around £200 for food!

I found this one too:

One serving a day will make that tub last a month.

Me too! Plus a supp won't fill you up and i'd never take it in the place of greens, only in addition.

Here is a link. I went to GNC tonight to pick it up with the buy one/get one 50% deal and of course they had only one bottle left so I have to wait for a new shipment and the sale will probably be off then...

It does contain Spirulina. The benefit I see is that I feel I'm not eating enough greens and think this can help.

go back there w/ the receipt and ask for a raincheck. imo the employee isn't very good or doesn't really care about customer satisfaction, any time that happens i try to give them store credit or give them a raincheck. also, the sale should be going on till the end of next month. i didn't know they are on sale tho....shows you how much of this stuff we sell at our store. haha.

I didn't buy it because they didn't have two, I'll go back when a new shipment comes in.

if you wait 11 days, you get 20% off the BOGO(if you have a GC.)
