i can do a sidesplit and hold it for awhile after about 1/2 an hour or so of stretching, but if i try to do one without stretching at all my butt is like 3 feet off the ground (ive only been stretching for like a month now or so a couple hours a day) also if i skip a day of stretching which i hardly ever do but i have once or twice it takes me like 2 more days of stretching to get back into the position i was in a couple days back, if i continue stretching( i will), will i be able to do a split without any pre stretching?

Highly unlikely.

If you are able to oversplit, then there is a better chance - that you might be able to split cold.

However, I would not recommend it. Some contortionist have been stuck and injured because they did not warm up.

Always warm up.

With proper training, .... yes!

...you can have that flexibility and do that split without a warm-up if you follow the right stretching method ...
