I'm not sure what my BMI is yet. But I'm going to find out at the gym tomorrow.
I bet it won't be pretty though! :o

Well, I'm sure you can lower it if you follow the vast amount of advice you have been given on diet and exercise on here recently. ;)

Mine's currently just over 25 at ~13%BF. I'm aiming to get a BMI of 30 with ~10%BF so I can be officially "obese". :D

Mine's 23. It's still novel for me being at a healthy weight as I spent most of my younger years being massively skinny and underweight.

Mines pretty damn low, 16.4. I try to put on weight but I just get sick all the time, plus all the fat gain makes me feel really terrible, Id love to put on muscle mass rather than fat. I think I'm at least 12% BF.

I got mine looked at I can't remember if its 32 or 37, I hope its 32!
I weigh 107kg and I have been told to get down to the healthy weight of 85kg. 20kg to lose! I'm at the gym now and loving it.
I think I'm also 167 cm tall, so you do the math. I have always never seemed to get those BMI charts right.

I make it ~38.
It's weight (in kg) / height (in m) ^2
107 / 2.7889 = 38.366
Getting to 85kg would still leave you at a BMI of ~30.5, so I'm not sure if your stats are right. 1.67m = just under 5 foot 6. Is that accurate?

I'm 25.7 BMI
most people say I look like I need to eat more :D
my bf% is probably about 15% at the mo, some people were shocked to hear I was 14stone, they thought I was under 12.
most of it is in my legs though.

Cool. Coincidentally then, you just need to divide your weight in kg by 3 to get your BMI.
5'8" = 1.73m
1.73^2 = 2.9929 (call it 3).
So at 107kg, your BMI is 35.7 and at 85kg it will be 28.3

Well 35.7 makes me obese never the less. My first goal is to lose 5kg.

BMI is fullo crap, if you got the slightest shred of muscle on you it'll say that your fat/obese.
It says my BMI is 32.5
I'm 5'9 @ 220lb, and I can see my abs, I wouldnt call myself obese LOL.
I really need to shed about anoth 15-20lb though to see what I'll look like.

People should take body fat tests but with calipers, not those analysers, thier totally unreliable because less you weigh the less bf you get in those analysers.

Ya when I went to MEPS before going to Bootcamp, there were alot of people rated as obese bceause of the BMI, so the doctors went ahead and did the caliper tests on us and thank god none of us were put on half rations!

Very true. However, it's still not a bad rule of thumb for non-lifters, so long as it's not taken too seriously.
Nice stats, BTW!

I would work it out but BMI is absolutely pointless in my eyes.

There are numerous ways, some far less reliable than others. To the best of my knowledge, the seven point caliper test is one of the more accurate ones, and it's the one I used.
