Jan. 24, 2004 Will Be the date of my 2nd MMA Fight
This Time insted of a Ring I will be entering a Cage.

The 1st Time i fought in a Mixed Martial Arts Fight
I took the Fight on 4 Day's notice.

I won at 2:55 Seconds with a Leg Submisson (Inside heelhook / kneebar)
Over a BJJ Fighter. in 2002

This Time i have a Month & a 1/2 to Train
I do not know Who is My opponet Yet.

I recently Just won the 2003 United States National Kumite Ju Jitu Championships. This Was the 2nd Time i've won this Award.
The 1st was in 2001. Im Using this Win. To Motivate Me
In My Traing.

At Denz Dungeon We Have Been Traing a Lot Of
Striking & Wrestling Take Downs.

Sumbmissons have alway's been a Strenth for Me
Especialy Ankel Locks & Armbars.
But im Leaving nothing to Chance
I want To be verry Pre Paired
for this Fight.

My Training is going well & i will keep this post going as i find out more in the weeks to come.

Martial Arts Planet is a good Way to Vent the Mind.

Break a leg! Errr....

If you do start a journal then i for sure will keep checking it :)

Just make sure you mention alot on the mental side of training... that is the most interesting part i find :)

Good luck tho! i look forward to reading your progress in your journal.
