Hi,
Can anyone point me in the direction of some free advice on kettlebell training?
Just some exercises and/or routines.
Thanks.

Search google for 'Mike Mahler + Kettlebell' or something similar.

Like Fenrir said, Mike Mahler (www.mikemahler.com) is one of the best in the US. He's got tons of free articles on his site and he has a few dvds for particular goals.

Does anybody know if there are any good excercises that isolate the tricep with kettlebells? Can you use them for a tricep extension like dumbells?

Pretty much anything you can do with a dumbbell, you can do with a kb.
For extensions, I'd grab the kb with both hands either by the horns (attaching the handle to the bell) or by the bell if you can grip it securely, and do standing overhead extensions as such. (http://exrx.net/WeightExercises/Triceps/DBTriExt.html)
By remember that isolation exercises are limited in their usefulness and efficiency. You'd be better served concentrating on compound lifts that hit the tris and other parts. Things like floor presses, overhead presses (especially the top half, only lowering the kb to head height), and close grip push-ups with both hands on the kb (but that one barely counts as a kb exercise.) ;)

I have started with 4kg kettle bells to build myself back up after illness and muscle deterioration. A friend directed me towards some videos which were a great help! and also the following sites.
