i remember when i got my blue... i was training at a place in WC with a (then) Purple belt... For fun i went up to philly to train where my instructor trained... My instructor says, "Roll with this guy... Phil..."

We roll.... phil doesn't use hi arms lol... i felt like a kitten... After Phil says, "Not bad... get a blue belt."


i was like, "what?" lol

BTW the magic powers kick in when you get the mushrooms the blue belt comes with ;)

How many times per week to you train?

I currently train about 3 days a week on average, sometimes I get up to 5 if you count wrestling/takedown class and open mat sessions.

Thing is, when I started I was very sporadic due to school and work, and in fact took a couple months off due to personal reasons. From there on out, some months I was regular (4 times a week), sometimes I was there only 4-6 times in a month. I finally got my act together now though, so I'm actually training regularly.
