i dont practise ninjutsu but can anyone tell me what is the use of kuji kiri?

Hmm, well if I remember correctly it means something like 'Eight hands cutting' and was popularised by Eric Van Lustbaders, Nicholas Linnear novels.

It is the hand movements that the ninja would use in or out of combat. Different hand movements result in different actions. Like one hand movement causes you to have inner peace, while another will give you the strength of a bear. It totally mental.

Kuji-In involves the finger weaving
Kuji-Kiri is an art using grid drawing. They are different.
Also they are Samurai arts and not Ninja arts. They are still used in Japan today especially the Kuji-Kiri which is used in some traditional medical practises. The Kuji-In comes we believe from Buddhist sources.
