So i have been away from the forums a lot lately, occasionally checking it out. I have been doing a lot of time working out and basically no time training MA. But anyway, I have been wondering what people's favorite supplement is. For the people who take a few, if you had to choose one what would it be?

Just one? Probably the fish oil and garlic pill from Puritan's Pride.

Multivitamin- Universal Animal Pak
Whey protein, American Whey 100% whey isolate.
SNS E2 Arginine Matrix
My personal favorites.
Clean diet, hard work, proper hydration, and good rest must be there first to benefit from supplements like this.

Wurd!
Oh...I mean multivitamin, multimineral, zyflamend, Nordic Natural fish oil, and MPX 1000 (prostate forumula).
Whey is cool. But it's so yesterday compared to the in thing now: food.

I heard they're banning food because overuse can lead to obesity.

Food can be dangerous. Make sure you do proper PCT.

I never know what to take, plus I've been 'on' food so long I'm scared to cycle off now.

But food for a prolonged consumption will lead to heavier stuff. It's a gate-way supplement. Pretty soon you'll be doing teh cr34at1n3 and then you'll be crossing over to the dark side.

its all about the support supps, as long as you dose-up on enough REM stages, and make sure your daily levels of 3X3Rsize are adiquate, food isnt such a big deal. I mean, sure there is the increased fat gain and lethargy in high doses, but those users that report that, usually dont have their support supps in check.
I hear they sell 3X3Rsize now legally hey?

Animal pak is a complete rip off. NOW Adam's multi is miles better and cheaper. Animal Pak has a load of random ingredients thrown together, and poor quality ones at that. Adam's is one of the best around.
Fish oil is my number one. Big shouts to taurine and ALCAR!
