I'm going to camp for a week and will be missing out on weight training. What can I do as a replacment for the week at camp?

How about taking a week off lifting and just enjoying the camp? It's a good idea every once in a while anyway.

I agree with CosmicFish, took a week off myself (also for vacation) and I'm feeling better, well rested and ready to hit the gym again. :)

It's still good to stay active to some level as you don't want to take any backwards steps.
As long as you're not bumming around being lazy you'll do fine.

LOl yeah take a week off likely your first workout back will not be good but your strength will quickly go higher than before I have found.
Do any improtant stretches: wrists, lats, traps, pecs, hip flexors, tfl, calves. If you can...

Nothing wrong with taking a week or 2 off every now and again. You might even find that you strength goes up with the extra rest. If that is the case, maybe you should include a week off every so often in your program. I usually take a week off every 8 weeks.
