To everybody: This is such a cool place! I'm glad I'm among like-minded individuals who share the same passion as me! Here's my question, what are your training regimens in your gyms? I'm talking about bagwork and skipping. I'm just curious how varied each school is, in terms of regimens.
My teacher tries to make me run 3-5 k before class. (mostly I just 3) Then 15 minutes on that infernal thai skipping rope. Then 50 knees on the bag 30 sec.break then 50 more. 20 PK and 20 Thai kicks to the bag. Then we train. The reason I'm asking is I've never trained with any other teacher so I don't know how other gyms do it. I might be moving so I want to learn if this is pretty much the standard or not. Thanks for everybody time!
