None of those are isolation exercises but there are some nice variations, thanks for the vid.

its impossible to isolate muscles, there will always be a muscle group working in opposition plus those push up variations work the triceps, chest and shoulders regardless of angle.
not a fan of those exercises but a good video none the less for bodyweight trainers :)

As was said, there was no real discussion of isolating muscles. But he did show variations which emphasize certain mucle groups over others.
Craig Ballantyne also has a pretty cool video of push-up variations. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rtcH9JUzurY) The last one he shows, the one-hand elevated, is an absolute killer. I was sore for a solid week when I first tried it.
And the Spider-Man push-ups are crazy on the hip flexibility.
