GTE in general is good for you. Packed full of antioxidants and other goodies.

The H&B brand specifically - I've no idea.

Don't you drink enough chinese tea as it is? You'll be turning green if you aren't careful

If you drink a lot of green tea, you probably don't need the suppliments. I would say spend the money for the suppliments on fresh fruit (another great source of antioxidents but with the addition of vitamins, minerals, and taste).

Too much is bad I read somewhere the 2-3 cups you have already is probably enough. I cant remember the side effect.

Pfft 2-3 cups a day!:D I have 3-4, sometimes 5,plus lots of water and I have noticed any side effects yet.

Unless you consider having sprouted green hair a side effect :D

I am, and so can you be if you drink as much green tea as me :p I just get less angry than the hulk as I have way less oxidants and that thanks to the tea

my protein, green tea extract powder, 100g will last you absolutely ages. for instance recommended dose is 100mg 3x daily so pretty much a year. cost under £6.

I've got a tub of this on my desk at work. I'm taking it by mixing it with hot water instead of drinking regular tea. Tastes a bit foul at first, but oddly enough I got used to it pretty quickly. These days I actually like it.
