You should be eating vegetables too and some sort of complex carbs if training ie quinoa, brown basmati rice etc etc.
You need a wide variety of foods as they all contain different nutrients, vitamins, minerals etc
Do you use any supplements?

There is brown and white basmati, the brown rice is often recommended because it's a low GI carb.

were you held in a bamboo cage and were only given 30mins a day for exercise?
Were you ever in a Vietnam POW camp?
Chciken fruit and water is a piss poor diet mate, you must only weigh 150lbs max to get by on such low calories.
you need some complex carbs in there for energy, fruit is pretty much flavoured water and chicken alone will not provide all the nutrients and vitamins your body needs to get by.
is this a jane fonda diet?

Eat what you want mate, you're 14! CALORIES CALORIES CALORIES!
Seriously, at 14 I ate everything in sight. Stick to clean foods and eat as much as you want.

1. Stop listening to your father.
2. Do some research on the net, plenty of great sites have been listed here for information. Look them up.
3. Grammar is your friend. Please remember that MAP is international, thus has nonnative English speakers, and that you will get better results with more clearly written posts.

The only way to get faster is to lose weight?:| Are you mad? You're 14, you are still growing, eat what you want but keep it clean you can't afford to be restricting your body of any vital nutrients at this age you will suffer because of it in the future. Big carb breakfast something low on gi and not refined, oats are king, eat more than just chicken for your protein intake, eggs, red meat, beans, drink milk, eat plenty of veggies etc...

Yes. It is bad. Seriously, please don't eat like this. You're starving your body of essential nutrients, not the least of which is fat...which is essential for hormone development...like testosterone...ya like testosterone, don't'cha? Eat too little food and you don't let your body create the hormones it needs.

I think the best thing to do would be to save up or ask your dad for money to hire a personal trainer, preferably one who has worked with teen athletes before. Ask around at some local gyms or, if need be, ask the sports department of local university if they could recommend someone.
Also, and this is the most important thing...sit with your dad and check out the site www.developingathletics.com (http://www.developingathletics.com/default.asp). The guy there, Brian Grasso, has done some seriously impressive work with young athletes. Ask your dad to get you the Training Young Athletes (http://store.developingathletics.com/merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=DA&Product_Code=V4081302131&Category_Code=) book as an early birthday present, and then follow one of the routines to the letter. That should get you to your goals safely.

This is a good post so I wanted it to be repeated you need to read and listen and then eat like you are being requested to.
Just stay away from the grease. Some oils are really good for you Avacado is great.
You need some good old fashion stew's cooked over the fire simmering, make some good stew/soups also. Veggies in the stew and soup. Good stuff with some good pasta and quality breads. Grains, barley, wheat, oats etc. Eggs are excellent for you. I eat many and also have a vegan protein drink, made with rice protein. Brown rice is a must.
Stay away from the sugars that are not natural.
Moderation is the key.

1. Stop listening to your father.
Just like the bible says :p
Eat what you like, complex carbs are the best for training as they have a high energy and slow release from metabolic activity (i hope GCSE biology is right :D)

You didn't about the second part of that verse?
Obey thy father, though verily, thou shalt not obey him if he speaks of that which he does not know.

just posted this link in another thread ( http://drbass.com/rosedale.html ) and figure it should be in here as well as you need to read it as it links in to what Colucci said
unless you are seriously overweight (check your BMI but DO NOT place too much reliance on it - it's only a guide, your mileage may vary) you should not be on a mission to lose weight to gain speed it doesn't work like that
speed is gained through efficient movement - accurate and on target with the shortest path from A to B everytime
you can only get that through practice and refinement of your technique not by dieting
in fact if you haven't got the right nutrients in your body in the first place you wont be able to co-ordinate your movement well enough to increase your speed

Lots of fruit, especially if over-ripe/well travelled is high glycaemic food (ie. the sugar is used up quick) and if you are eating poor quality chicken, that is lower GI than high quality chicken.
Sounds like you're missing good quality low GI food that will give you sustained release of energy. Timing your eating is important too - you need to be eating your main calories, made up of good low GI foods about 3 hours before you plan to train.
For info on GI's, see:

Losing weight doesn't always mean you'll gain speed. You should worry about technique and constant practice for speed. I have a friend named Chris who is around 250, maybe 260 lbs, and despite that, he is very quick with his a fists.
Why lose weight at such a young age. I'd rather gain weight becoming stronger...hell, the OTHER guy can do the running away if I look like the Jugganaut.
And if you keep your training up, you can develope speed through practice.
