I've been browsing on websites trying to find ways on how to increase leg flexibility. I'm taking Muay Thai and you need to be very flexible in the legs to perform the kicks and knees correctly. Anyone with links on how to increase leg flexibility? I'd prefer websites with pictures on how to do the stretches, it's hard to follow textual instructions :P

I'm also practising Muay Thai.
The best way to increase leg flexibility really is to stretch and carry on stretching.something else that helps is to find a ledge that is past your noral flexibility and rest you foot on it, Then slowly! push your body straight up.
And it's not all just flexibility it's just being supple as well.the only way to be able to throw those hish round houses and the anklet kicks is by throwing them.
So remember, keep with a stretching routines and throw at least 50 high kicks a day, or a session and it'll improve well.
