Could be that your body needs carbs post-workout. Do you take any kind of post WO recovery drink?

Just Lucozade Sport

If you're sure you're not diabetic and you're certain it's hypoglycaemia, then you probably just need more carbs. Try getting either a large post WO shake or some nosh in and see what happens.

If practical, you could also try consuming the lucozade slowly near the end of your workout, depending on what kind of working out you're doing.

I found if I was getting nauseous, lightheaded, shaky etc... after or during a class, it was because I did not consume enough calories during the day, or I had not hydrated enough.

Very rarely do I get nausea now, except occasionally after a grueling lifting session. I think post-work out recovery generally focuses on muscle recovery, anabolism and preventing catabolism. However when I do get nauseous after a workout, class or whatnot, my PWO has enough carbs to get me through it no problem.

I keep saying in other threads but:

simple carbs + protein + creatine + BCAA's

This is the absolute best post workout recovery drink I've had. Testing by various labs has confirmed this. My own evolution from nothing, to protein, to protein + dextrose, to my current blend has proven it to me over the past few years. Even as I age, my recovery improvement is nothing short of phenomenal with this mix.

I repeat though, your problem is most likely not enough carbs BEFORE your workout. I would suggest a decent carb source an hour before your workout, washed down with lots of water. See if that makes a difference. If you want to get more specific, take the post-workout formula above and consume half of it about 30 minutes before your workout, and the rest after.

a good post workout drink will do you fine right now.
You are not looking to gain muscle (gathering from it being ommited from your post), just to recover.

Lucosade sport will do you fine

supplements are only there in addition to a good diet for a goal such as muscle gain/fat loss. You dont need to spend the money on something i dont think you need :)
